How far in advance should I book the venue for my event?

 

To secure your preferred date(s), we advise booking at your earliest convenience. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Your event date(s) will be finalized upon receipt of the signed contract and initial deposit payment.

What happens if I book my event less than 30 days of the event date?

 

Payment for both the deposit and rental fee is required at the time of booking.

What is the square footage of the event space?

Can I schedule an onsite visit before reserving the venue?

Yes, once you have completed the booking form, a member of our team will assist in scheduling an onsite visit.

Does the contracted time frame include the time to clean?

 

Yes, setup and clean-up is included in the contracted time frame.

Does the deposit go toward the venue rental fee?

No, the deposit is not deducted from the rental fee.
